Key Information

Active Ingredient: Imidacloprid 70% w/w.
Chemical Class: Neonicotinoid.
Mode of Action: It works systemically by interfering with the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the central nervous system of insects, leading to paralysis and death.
Formulation: Water-dispersible granules (WG) which dissolve quickly and uniformly in water, ensuring better plant absorption and no residue in spray equipment.

Imidacloprid 70% WG is a systemic, broad-spectrum neonicotinoid insecticide used to control a wide range of sucking pests in various crops. It is formulated as a water-dispersible granule (WG) for easy and effective application.

Application and Dosage

It can be applied as a foliar spray or as a soil treatment (including seed treatment). Recommended general dosage for foliar application is about 12-15 grams per acre.

For mixing instructions, it is typically recommended to prepare a pre-mix in a small bucket of water before adding the mixture to the main spray tank filled with clean water.
